What happens If the second exchange item still doesn’t fit?

We understand at Ruby Violet that not all items suit each individual and that’s why we offer first time exchanges. However, due to all of our items being made to order, we can only offer an exchange once as we will be incurring the costs.

What happens if you need to exchange an item for another size which is out of stock?

Unfortunately, if the size you require is not available then we are unable to carry out the exchange and you will have to choose another item from the collection to swap it with.

What happens if the item I would like to exchange with is more/less than my current item?

If the new item costs more than the current item, then we will have to bill you for the extra amount.

If you would like to exchange your item for something that costs less, then we will credit you with a Ruby Violet voucher for you to use with us next time.

Why can’t I have a refund with the difference if my exchange item is cheaper?

We hope you understand that all items at Ruby violet are made to order, so every time an order is placed the costs are borne to us immediately so if we were to refund you the difference plus make a brand new garment this would cost us more then you have paid.

Can I order an item if I am particularly petite or tall?

At Ruby Violet we aim to work our hardest to accommodate all customers needs and wants. So if you are petite/tall we should be able to make adjustments to your item. Although, we must stress that you will NOT be able to exchange this item as it has been specifically made to you.

I Need an item ASAP am I able to do so and pay for Next Day Delivery?

The answer is yes! Occasionally Ruby Violet maybe able to post items out the same day or within a smaller period of time. So please do not hesitate to email us regarding your query I’m certain we can help. We aim to have all orders posted out between 3-5 working days however during busier periods this can take longer.
